Selection Process

Our selection processes are competitive and rigorous. Throughout each selection process, decisions are based on an assessment of a person’s skills, knowledge, professional attributes and organisational suitability.

The selection process may include some, or all, of the following:

  • written application;
  • written test;
  • interview;
  • referee checks;
  • psychological testing;
  • participation in an Assessment Centre;
  • security assessment; and
  • medical assessment, including testing for prohibited substances.

Candidates will need to be available in Australia for each stage of the selection process. The earliest possible advice will be given to short-listed candidates regarding specific times and dates for each stage of the process.
