Application FAQ's

+ / -I forgot my password, username or key.

Unfortunately if you have forgotten your password, username or key, you will need to create a new account via a new job application. For security reasons, we do not have access to any of your account information.

+ / -I've been locked out of my account

Unfortunately, for security reasons, if you make a mistake with your login details 3 times in a row, your account will be permanently deleted and you will need to create a new account via a new job application.

+ / -When will I be informed of the status of my job application?

DFAT will only contact you if your application has been shortlisted.

+ / -I can't see submitted job applications in 'My Applications'

Due to security reasons, any previously submitted applications will not be available to be accessed once submitted.

+ / -How long does it take to be contacted about my job application?

If your application has been shortlisted, DFAT will contact you within 6 - 12 weeks.
