Unfortunately if you forget your password, you will need to create a new account during an application for a job. For security reasons, ASIS do not have access to any account information.
Locked out of your account?
Unfortunately for security reasons, if you make a mistake with your login details 3 times in a row, your account will be permanently deleted and you will need to create a new account through a new job application.
