I joined ASIS as a graduate, completing the program as an operational analyst where I was able to travel overseas to support operational activities. After some time, I moved into a corporate specialist role, working on some really exciting projects that will shape the Service for years to come. Through it all, I’ve never felt locked into a particular career path. What I’ve learned in one role has set me up to succeed in my next one. I’ve felt really supported to try new things and take the career steps which are right for me. The one constant is that you’re working in a team of motivated people, doing completely unique work, and making a real difference for Australia.
